Hardening Off Plants

A simple way to harden off plants is to put the small seed starting tray rows or plastic cups in a small clear box and just move that box in and out of the house. It is much easier to pick up the box and move it in and out during the day rather than moving lots of individual plants. It also helps keep all those little plants standing up in the Kansas wind!
